Expert Witness

I have acted in many civil litigation cases, instructed by solicitors for both defendants and claimants; I have submitted written reports and appeared in court; and I have acted as an Expert Witness in English Coroners Courts and a Scottish Fatal Accident Inquiry.

Areas of expertise: professional negligence and duty of care in skiing, off-piste skiing, mountaineering, alpinism and Mountain Rescue.
